Evaluation Handbook

The evaluation handbook seeks to further understanding among UNESCO staff and key stakeholders on what evaluation is, why it is important and who is responsible for what in the evaluation process. The handbook is intended to provide a robust foundation for evaluation activities in UNESCO based on the principles of independence, transparency and impartiality of the evaluation function
